The 3-point hyper-extensor is a great way to use. one of the most orthotics; ancient that it was conceived, it bases its operation on a traction of the spine on three points, from which it takes its name, sternum, pelvis and lumbar area.

Hyperextensors are always made of rigid and light materials, aluminum is usually used, with padded and adjustable pads, some manufacturers have special hyperextender models in their catalogue, for pacemaker wearers for example, or for patients with uneven stature.
