Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to exercise the withdrawal of the purchased goods, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 206/05 with the following conditions:

The customer must send, at his own expense, the purchased product, to the address SUPPLIED BY US IN THE PHASE OF AUTHORIZATION OF THE RETURN, the product must be SELLABLE, perfectly intact and functioning, in its original packaging and this must not be damaged.

Salute+Store Collepasso reserves, unquestionably, to retain a part corresponding to the value of the damage caused to the product or packaging.

NOTE The right of withdrawal is valid only for products purchased from end users, therefore it does not apply to items invoiced to VAT and / or tax code not attributable to a natural person.

NOTE It is not possible to use the right of withdrawal for all products in contact with the body, just as an example: braces, corsets, gloves, shoes, pillows, belly, body, underpants, etc.

NOTE It is not possible to request the right of withdrawal for ALL custom-made items.

NOTE The refund is made only for the cost of the object and NOT for shipping costs, both for the purchase of the product and for the return. Salute+Store Collepasso undertakes to compensate the customer for the amount spent on the purchase of the customer, excluding shipping costs, within 10 days from receipt of goods if this satisfies the integrity of what is written above.
