Specialized wide-fit footwear, with rear and upper openings of the upper, adjustable with one or two Velcro fasteners. They adapt easily to diabetic or post-operative feet, even in the presence of major ulcers. They can be used in all cases where swelling, bandages, dressings, post-traumatic results or other painful foot pathologies do not allow the wearing of normal footwear. The fit & egrave; in fact adjustable thanks to a special design of the upper and the use of velcro strips in well-defined points. Therefore they contain the foot and allow walking even in case of appreciable variations of its original shape. Specialist footwear is used to relieve foot pain by reducing pressure on painful areas.
