Wide-foot specialist shoes, with rear and upper openings on the upper, adjustable with one or two Velcro fasteners. They adapt easily to diabetic or post-operated feet, even in the presence of major ulcers. Can be used in all cases where swelling, bandages, dressings, post-traumatic outcomes or other painful foot pathologies do not allow you to wear normal footwear. The fit is in fact adjustable thanks to a special design of the upper and the use of Velcro strips in well-defined points. Therefore they contain the foot and allow walking even in the case of appreciable variations of its original shape. Specialist footwear is used to alleviate foot pain by reducing pressure on painful areas.
