They adapt easily to diabetic or post-operated feet, even in the presence of major ulcers. The fit is in fact adjustable thanks to a special design of the upper and the use of Velcro strips in well-defined points. Therefore they contain the foot and allow walking even in the case of appreciable variations of its original shape.
