Specialized wide-fit footwear, with rear and upper openings of the upper, adjustable with one or two Velcro fasteners. They adapt easily to diabetic or post-operative feet, even in the presence of major ulcers. They can be used in all cases where swelling, bandages, dressings, post-traumatic results or other painful foot pathologies do not allow the wearing of normal footwear. The fit & egrave; in fact adjustable thanks to a special design of the upper and the use of velcro strips in well-defined points.
