Salute+Store di Stefanelli Antonio, through the website ww.health360.it carries out mail sales to private customers and companies according to Italian legislation with right of withdrawal.

Health360 reserves the right to change shipping costs even after order by asking for prior confirmation of acceptance of the order to the customer.

Our staff takes 2 to 5 working days to process the order and deliver it to the carriers for shipping.

For goods not immediately available, processing times can be up to 15 working days, the customer will be notified after confirmation of the order if the goods purchased are ready stock and will leave the customer the right to cancel the order.

Receipt

Following the Italian legislation in force we will issue a receipt after 14 days from receipt of the order by the customer. For logistical reasons (the goods do not always start from the same warehouse) it is NOT possible to attach the receipt to the object.
We never send the receipt to customers unless explicitly requested. All receipts issued remain in our records in paper form (Scontrini Fiscali)

Warranty

Following the Italian legislation in force the warranty of products sold to private users is 24 months, the warranty covers manufacturing defects. All wear items are excluded from the warranty. They are as an example: Shoes, Tips, Corsets, Underwear, etc..
